I love the essential oils box! It appears to be very well made; the bottom and lid fit well and the hinges and clasp are sturdy. I like the natural wood smell, I may cover it with some type of wood protectant/finish so it doesn't dry out in my area. The insert was perfect. I was worried about the fit of my 10 and 15 ml bottles because I've read about other brands where the insert was inconsistent in size. Not a problem on this one! I also like that the insert is shorter than the box so it's easy to get out the bottles.Note: I did NOT receive any compensation or discount for this review. I just liked the box that much!!!

I spent about 2 days researching oil storage boxes online before purchasing this one. The reason I picked this box in particular is because It holds a 10ml roller bottle upright with the top of the box closed. There are other boxes that will hold the 10ml roller bottle but the bottle is stored on its side at an angle. I do not want my oils to leak on to the box or other oil bottles, so I was thrilled when I found this box. I also appreciate that the box is not stained or painted. I like the natural wood. The latch is strong and I love that the hinges hold the box open so that I don’t have to. Also, It closes perfectly and the fit is tight and secure. I love it and I am very satisfied with this box. When I fill up the box and need another one, I will definitely order another and I have recommended it to all my oily friends and family. The owner of this company is extremely helpful and courteous and shipped my order promptly. I will be ordering more boxes and would definitely encourage oil lovers to purchase this box for their oil storage needs. This is a great find and at a reasonable price.

PERFECT for my needs! Purchased this as an overflow for my unopened oils. Wanted something inexpensive, of good quality, that had excellent storage. This fit the bill just right!Lovely lightweight natural wood product with functional hardware finishes. Had no issue whatsoever closing the lid with my tall 10ml roller ball bottle stored inside. Smooth wood finish with no splintering. Nicely designed simple carving added a pleasant finish. Truly I could not be happier for the price paid.My only concern was at initial delivery. The box arrived with no Amazon identifier and there was no tape securing the package. The item was packed securely in bubble wrap however with all items included being in perfect condition.BIG SCORE on this purchase! I would definitely purchase more in the future if needed. I’ll be interested to see how the wood wears and how the hardware holds up. Since I treat my things with care I anticipate having this box for many years to come!Added bonus is that the dividers can be removed so there’s some level of personal customization available to the purchaser. Also, there’s great opportunity to decorate the exterior or stain or treat the wood if desired. Basically a blank canvas for the creative :)

I received the oil box today and immediately unpacked it to try out the various rollerball bottles that I have (some from my oil company doTERRA; some purchased empty to store my own blends) - and they all fit perfectly. Upright storage of my 10ml rollerball bottles was the main reason I chose this box, in addition to the fact the that my other 2 oil boxes only have 25 slots. I've run out of room just for my regular bottles of oil! ~lol~I also found that some 5ml rollerball bottles that I have will fit 2 in a single slot - I only have one brand of those 5ml size (Olilia brand from here on Amazon), so other brands might not fit more than one depending on how wide the bottle portion is.I had actually been researching boxes for about a month prior to purchasing this one. A couple others seemed to offer similar height as this box with either similar storage or less storage, but those were way more expensive.I also love the hinges on this box - the lid stays open without having to prop it open and without it flopping down behind the box. Sure makes it much easier to pull bottles in and out to make samples or fill small rollerball bottles for personal use - I keep tiny (1ml and 2ml) rollerball bottles of several oil blends in several areas of the house so that I don't need full-size bottles in each area. ~grin~I plan to buy at least one more for my own storage needs, plus others for family and friends for the holidays.

I rarely write reviews. Few products ever move me to speak of their qualities, or lack thereof. This box - as simple as it seems - is the most beautiful, elegant, and clean product that I've come across this year. I never expected I would want to buy essential oils or a box for them once I did. I considered that this was just another item that I didn't need. Cue to knocking over the bottles once or twice and you want a box. I want to be clear. I did not receive anything for this review. It is 100% unbiased and I truly love this box.Let's start at the beautiful, clean, unfinished surface. I typically don't like unfinished surfaces. I considered finishing it myself - until it arrived. I have no interest in doing this now. Not one second holding this box did I think I needed to take a sander to an edge. The space for the oils is perfect. It's easy to move the oils in and out of the slots. The slots in between the sections are straight and consistent. I chose this box because it had 36 slots. others had 25 and I just never expected that this would be enough if I got a bunch of oils.I am now worry free about spilling oil bottles onto the floor for them to pop open. I also got some handy labels (if you don't have them, buy them - it's worth it) for labeling the tops of bottles.
