Very good
The last few times I bought seaweed, it was from China and Japan. This time I decided to see if I could find any from the US. This was just a little more expensive, but feel the quality and taste is superior. The flavor is fabulous. I added quite a bit to a lentil soup today and really enjoyed it. I will definitely purchase again.

Flakes don't soften
I need brown seaweed for the fucoidan, that helps me digest lipids. But these dried flakes don't absorb water well, even after extended soaking. In the food processor they don't blend into purée, just stay individual flakes. Whole leaf works better.

Not what I ordered.
Do not buy. Bait and switch. I ordered 2 bags and the second bag is different packaging and looks like dried oregano. Do not trust trust them. No returns.

Nothing like wakame. I'd probably use it more like parsley than wakame.
I give this 3 stars instead of 5, simply because it is NOTHING like wakame. It's kind of unfair to call it "atlantic wakame" if the only thing in common is that it's seaweed.1) Wakame expands in size by 500% or more when boiled. Alaria generally retains its dry size (staying extremely small).2) Wakame is green. Alaria is black in color, when boiled.3) As for taste... they're both seaweed and have very mild flavors, so I can't really comment on this.4) Wakame has a thin, flat, spongy texture and you can feel your teeth cutting into it. Alaria turns into more of a mush with no satisfying bite.I would've given it 5 out of 5, because there's nothing *wrong* with the product. It's just misleading to me.Alaria is probably good for like, sprinkling on things as if it were a spice (and nobody would suspect it's seaweed because it's so tiny that it looks like some kind of parsley or spice). So basically, I'd probably use Alaria as a parsley-like spice. Sprinkle some onto eggs or something.

Terrible product
I soaked this for 1 hour and washed and rewashed the product and still I see those disgusting snail like stuff stuck to the seaweed. I tried 3 different times and same results, I ended up throwing away the whole product. I just wasted my money! Disgusting 🤮

Great taste
I never though you can actually feel the difference between organic seaweed and the regular one. But with this Wakame you really can.You can taste the difference.

Perfectly satisfactory
Well, it's seaweed. It came well-packaged and the seaweed seems to be good quality. Works great in miso soup. Seaweed, for me, is one of things I eat because it's good for me, not because it's delicious, so I don't really know what else to say in a review. I gave 5 stars because it met my expectations.

The first one I bought was a smother texture and did not have such a strong odor. I got to say this product has help me with my menopause symptoms all of them. I wouldn't purchases anymore because is not the same quality as before.

Producto caducado
