Titan Gnarly Handles

Solid equipment that does what it says. I have been liking these handles for suitcase deadlifts especially, and my husband has used them for arm presses and other landmine exercises. The only thing that’s annoying is that, obviously, once the handle is attached, you have to remove it to add more weight. It’s not difficult to remove and replace. I’m just lazy. But that’s not a fault of the product, simply an observation that if you’re lazy like me, you want to pick a weight and keep it there to mitigate the number of times you have to adjust the equipment.

I really enjoy the durability of these handles. Since I only needed one, I gave the other one to my son. I am able to do different angles on landmines, which is almost redundant since landmines are done at a different angle. The handle does add a different feel of stability making it feel like you recruit more secondary muscles while using it.

So far so good. Have used these for single arm presses and rows with my landmine attachment and these seem good so far. Definitely strong enough to handle the weight I currently use without any give.

They are finished a little ruff but they function so well. I didn’t get them to look at. On the ends of a dual landmine setup - these are the best. So many exercises and variations with grip.

The gnarly handles allow you to perform isolation exercises with each arm for more effective workouts. The handles also allow for multiple grip options in order to work muscle groups from angles you just can't achieve with a straight bar otherwise. Landmine handles and attachments have converted my power rack into a total gym.

Multiple workouts added to my program. The quality of the handles is above standard.
