Roasted to a medium/city, this coffee has an otherworldly caramel flavor, first and foremost. Second comes a nice, sweet feeling as soft fruit becomes apparent on the palate. As one of the most surprising coffees I've had the pleasure of tasting, this get 5 stars for it's incredible, smooth qualities. For those who prefer coffee with low acidity, this is your ticket. It's not a lemon or orange kind of acidity, but exactly as the description stands with tangerine, which is another thing I appreciate -- the cupping details given by Grand Parade Coffee in the description is spot-on true.I was not able to take a picture of the beans before roasting as I was so excited, but CAN say the smell was divine and evidently fresh. Give this a go! :)
