Good Detail
These were nice, not as detailed as in the photo provided. Even though it had some small pieces they were easy to cut off. Should look nice once sanded and painted.

Not quite as detailed as the photo and Not Scale
[Package in picture for proof]. Knowing that 3d printing allows just about anybody to make scale models I bought this car repair/Chev Caprice detail set. It is much better than some of Outlands' previous prints but that's about it. I'm putting together interior graphics for the City Classics N Scale Service station and thought these would be great.. and they are if your not concerned with near true scale or at least near proportional size. Using side cutters several of the small details, tire mounting machine and oil catch tank with funnel, broke removing them from the supports. An easy fix with super-glue. Having turned wrenches and had a shop of this type station in addition to an old Caprice something seemed a bit off... Nothing in the set is actually near 1/160 scale.. the 212 inch Caprice comes out to be about 1/175 scale - 1.20in not the 1.325 in 1/160, the details are about 1/150 to 1/140. The caprice could have a bit more detail if it were closer to 1/160 scale. Some of the parts are going to be trimmed filed down to be smaller. If your running Euro N scale or at 1/150 the details will work great.. but at 1/160, if your looking for very near scale.. look at a 3d specialty site for users/businesses that go the extra mile for truer scale models.. Perhaps OM are making them to work with/between all the smaller scales, and if that were the case it should be disclosed that the items are not to any one particular scale.. Overall they're good models for near scale use...
