Athena's Sanctuary: Sigma Worlds, Book 4

Well, the end of this book took a real left turn out of the blue! I never saw it coming & I can't wait to read the next book!This series starts out as an online RPG meant to help a crippled MC. Fantasy based game but with science fiction elements. MC only wants to play a crafting character, to gradually get accustomed to walking again, & to NOT be a power gamer!Whoops! The "gods" have different ideas and the MC is steadily going along with the various changes that happen.This latest book ends with a major plot twist but the story leading up to the cliff hanger is very well presented! Not as much dungeon diving, or time with his 5 wives or his 2 adopted daughters, but still a really good story.The harem element of the story is definitely NOT the main focus ... thank goodness! Story plot is King!

This series is a nice change of pace, I read a lot litrpg,gamelit,harem books and this series doesn’t disappoint!!I’ve searched for a series that has plot like these book! I’ve searched kindle for litrpg that has to deal with becoming a God and the whole process and let me tell you there isn’t a whole lot with this kind of plot, I mean we get ALOT of characters that are O.P but not a lot that are actually gods I can’t find but a couple books like this so I have to thank this authorD. Levesque for scratching this itch I hope he helps birth more authors that use this kind plot line but I’ll also hope you put out a lot more in this series please!P.S If we pray and have faith in you Levesque can that boost your demigod power to level 10 where you get the spell of writing awesome books and doing it fast? If so let’s get his temple built up guys!! LMFAO “GNOMES RULE”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The main protagonist just keeps getting new and wondrous encounters almost fare than he can assimilate. New characters, friends and enmities. Anxious for next book in series.

I really like this story with the fantasy gaming elements and the science fiction blended together. The world building and the characters are well done and the characters have distinct personalities. Main character is interesting he has a warm personality and a fairness of the Golden rule. Although he is not afraid to step up and take care of business when he has to. He sometimes makes bonehead moves which cause situations that are somewhat humorous and sometimes detrimental to his self. He is able to do the things that he needs to do because he is surrounded with great friends and loving wives. The romance is very slow burn and the bedroom scenes are fade to Black but we know what happens nudge nudge ;-). just when you think you know what's going to happen next the author throws us a curve ball but yet it messes with the story rather well. I am really looking forward to the next book in this series, I hope it comes soon.

First off, I found this book series to be quite enjoyable. I don’t really mind much the small editing mistakes (surprisingly more with the numbers and stats than with grammar) that are ubiquitous with these self-published works. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the worst mistakes and hardest to read it was a 3. That being said, the cover art for all of the books is atrocious, real uncanny valley stuff. You’d be better off without character depiction on the cover than with what is there. It’s absolutely awful! I read this series despite the cover art, and that’s saying a lot. Seriously dude, this cover art detracts from your writing in a big way and I wouldn’t be surprised if many people don’t read it simply because looks the way it does. The posture is all wrong, the heads don’t match the scale of the torsos, and the facial expressions are just off! Dear god please get a new artist and replace each cover, I’m begging you!!!!!PS. Great story, can’t wait to read more!

Well, things are going great. Jason is gathering more allies and new protectors. Finally reaching the moon with Athena, they discover they are not alone. Jason then breaks the game again and finds out it’s not what he thought. Great story so far.

Good book. The plot of this series keeps getting weirder and weirder. It’s still good and worth contouring to read. My biggest complaint is I strongly dislike cliff hangers and this book ends on a pretty big one.

So, book 4. I didn't think I would keep up with this series. The end of book 4 means I am heading to book 5 right now! If you read the first 3 books, this is more of the same. If you have not, do not read this book. It starts in the midst of action from the end of the last book. I'm really looking forward to seeing where this series is going.

I had the first 3 books in a trilogy and now number 4. Looking forward to December and number 5.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the series so far so I will be buying the next in the series as it becomes available for purchase. Keep up the good work and go hard on the next book. Thanks D.

The story continues and still has me completely involved As if I was there. The imagery, the philosophical ideas together with the magic, science and character interactions have enriched a wonderful story.
