It's just a simple hat. Fits well. It will also fit over a wig, so that's good.

This hat is fantastic! When you see it in the packaging, it looks very small because it is very squished in on itself to ensure it fits in the bag. Don't be fooled by that, though, because once you take it out it is an awesome little witch hat. :D It was super wrinkled due to how it was shipped but everything smoothed out after I stuffed the top. Due to the material it is quite see-through but since I am using this hat as a base for decoration for a Halloween costume, that doesn't bother me at all. The brim is perfect, not too wide but just right to me! The only thing to note is that this hat fits on my head normally but with a wig it may be a bit snug so make sure you order this with enough time to test how it fits!

This hat is OK. I always go low budget when creating my Halloween costume and for the price I paid I think the quality was OK. Although it's flimsier than I would've thought and liked. The top keeps flopping over and it's somewhat collapsable, but it will get extremely wrinkled if you fold it in any way. It fits, but doesn't really stay put on my head. I think it has to do with my thick hair and the polyester material it's made out of. The material is also not ideal for decorating, but you can make it work. Overall it's a decent hat if you're on a low budget.

I was really impressed at the quality of this hat. It was packed totally flat for shipping, and snapped right out into shape. It stood straight up, just like the picture. It got flattened again, and, still snapped back. I'm not sure for how long it will keep it's shape, but, it's holding up great so far. Many hats have the tip folded over, but, we needed this for a Wicked Witch of the West costume. Her hat sticks straight up, so, this was perfect.

I only gave it 4 stars because it's not "exactly" like one I loaned out years ago. But I was pleasantly surprised by what I got! They are priced really well, too! The hat fit my head and wasn't snug. Yea! I didn't want a kid's hat. If I were making this hat, I would have increased the width of the brim, and then it would have been perfect. I bought 6 hats! I plan to use them as Halloween decor, a project I saw on Pinterest ... but, because they actually fit, I plan to actually dress like a witch this Halloween, too. Yea! again.
