The media could not be loaded. I literally just got this laptop today, following the instructions I turned it on and this started happening???? It won't stop and I cant even turn it off

Excellent laptop for most uses
This laptop is to replace another smaller modelBetter Wi - Fi, better graphics, faster ON/OFF, two types of USB, very good touch screen. It even has the Hello login features which is quite fast

The Cord Frayed in 3 months
The laptop is fine but has an unusual cord connection and the cord frayed in only three months.

bad charger and restart by itself
the computer keep restart for no reasons, and the charger very bad, I just used few times and it sometimes not working.
