This book is excellent - providing detailed step by step guidance for using the 7 energy codes. Well written and unique. Also easy to understand and not “far out there” as some books in this genre can be. Highly recommend. I purchased the hard cover which makes it easy to keep open at points of interest.

Epic and mind blowing. This book was recommended to me to prepare for energy healing training and was exactly what I needed, not just for that but for myself too. I started feeling a massive shift in wellbeing before I was even halfway through reading it. It will now be my personal mission to embody it for life. Thank you so much Dr Sue, for writing this.

Haven't been able to read yet because the print is so small. I love books one can enjoy without having to struggle to read it. I have to be in a space with bright sunlight to take in and enjoy. Inconvenient to say the least. I did buy a pair of reading glasses that I hadn't needed before and even then I don't enjoy small print.
