Tea set looks nice and does it job. The tray mine came with had some damage, a crack in the middle as though something was going to punch through it. They did get in contact with me about sending a new tray but haven't heard anything for weeks after confirming they would send it. I don't blame them since it's probably too costly to send just that tray. Update: They sent me a whole new tea set to replace just the tray that was damaged. Their customer service takes things seriously! All I can say is thank you.

I love teapots and have a small collection of them that I display as well as use for tea and cocoa. When I saw this little set, I had to add it to my collection. The color is very pretty, the ribbing gives it an interesting look and the whole set on the tray is adorable. The little cups are tiny and have no handles, Japanese style. The teapot doesn't look very big, but it can actually hold enough beverage to fill all six little cups. The handle is solid and reliable, but you do need to attach it yourself when your set arrives. I don't like how loose the lid on the teapot is. It doesn't seat at all, and doesn't have that little tab on the inside rim that a lot of teapots have to prevent the lid from falling off when you are pouring. So you do need to keep a finger on the lid when you pour. I took off one star for the badly fitting/designed lid. Other than that, its a cute little set.

Color is very nice, looks modern and elegant. One of our tea cups had a minor chip on the bottom; the company was very responsive and refunded some of the cost for the issue. There is a filter that comes with the teapot - very convenient if you don't want leaves. The spout is short so you need to pour quickly and smoothly at the right angle to avoid leakage. Overall, this is a set worth its price.

The size of the cups is smaller than I expected. They are extremely small and fit very comfortable in your hand. These cups are 1/2 the size of traditional tea cups and 1/3 the size of a full Teavana tea cup (see photo). The small size cup is perfect for a service of six. If only one or two cups are desired, simply opt for another larger cup otherwise you will spend more time refilling your cup than drinking. The set is a high quality fine china similar to bone china. Despite the small cup size, this set is an extremely high quality tea set beautifully crafted.

Esta muy bien, el material se siente bastante decente, las tazas son un poco pequeñas pero cumplen su funcion.

I ordered dark Blue set. I do love my set, they came packed very well. Nothing was broken. My only very small preference would have been for the tea pot to be darker in color, there's very distinct pattern on it that comes out quite light but then again it also adds character so it's not a extreme issue but more of a preference of mine. Otherwise everything is very beautiful and I recommend.
