Great product and noticing the difference. Started taking these along side other supplements and they are really helping with my training and day to day

High grade supplements.

The tablets are quite big and chalky, and difficult to swallow whole. They're easy to bite in half though and dissolve in the mouth.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Easy to use to use glutamine supplement. I only use one tablet a day as three is quite heavy on the gut.

if i pull a muscle or stain a ligament. use these and it helps repairs alot quicker than if i just rest and eat .

Just got these, and upon closer inspection of the dosage text on the bottle. It turns out these are NOT 1500mg per tablet, as the listing text and pictures lead you to believe. They are purely recommending that you can take 1500mg per day, which you need to take 3 tablets to do. That immediately makes these a third of the value for money than you think you're getting. This is quite possibly breaking the trade descriptions act, as they are clearly being very vague about the amount each tablet has in it. Looking at all their other tablets, Horbaach are doing the same with those! One of which I'd been taking for a couple of months and being quite confused how come I'm having very inconsistent results. I don't know if these L-Glutamine Tablets work yet, but even if they do, I'll be swapping to another brand who are less misleading with their descriptions and dosages.

Worst supplement I’ve ever had to swallow. Very chalky and big, gets stuck in your throat. The least they could’ve done was coat the capsules with a smooth surface but I guess that would cost them a few pennies more to produce. Won’t be buying again
