Very insightful and enjoyable read. The book takes the reader behind the scenes, in to a world fans rarely get to see let alone a glimpse of. A world foreign to the biggest and fastest growing sport in the world. Guillem B. spoke with a number of players fringe and key of the champions league cup winning squad retelling stories from the start of their journey to the end. The stories told in the book were new to me and i would class myself as a an avid supporter of Liverpool Football Club. This makes for an exciting and entertaining read. The only down side perhaps to the book, is the way it is structured. It is a bit disjointed at times going back and forth from different periods of time which the read a bit confusing. This is a minor complaint to an enjoyable read. One that supporters of Liverpool Football fans and football fans in general will enjoy. very key members of this Cup winning squad and his writing and the stories he retells make for an entertaining read.

Great book, really get you into the Champions League final especially the dressing room scene which is wonderful. Very open and honest in the description of penitas

This is a great read for any lovers of team sports, particularly Liverpool Football Club. It gives an interesting account of Benitez's time in charge at the club and peoples perception of him. I strongly recommend this book.

Much better than I expected - fantastic access and great insights.

A fascinating insight into the first year of Rafa Benitez reign at Liverpool. The book focused on the unforgettable triumph in the champions league. However the book speaks of the final and moves away and looks at events of the season which makes it a bit disjointed. A decent read though.
