Q: Does this shampoo have added fragrance? like, a floral smell? i don't mind the coal tar smell, but i hate floral/shampoo fragrances.

it does not have a floral fragrance. Smells the same as T-Gel, the brand name coal tar shampoo that it is supposed to replace. Looks the same, formulation is the same. I'm very happy with the product.

It is definitely not fragrance-free. It has a somewhat medicinal fragrance.

Q: What is a good non-irritating shampoo to use in addition to this, for those who wash daily?

You could alternate Pantene shampoo with this, but I wouldn’t use both of them together.
