Great product, very useful for aged people, or people with bavk problems.

OK to use. Not too good not too bad.

The color didnt come as shown in the picture. The length of brizzel is small. In picture it was looking good.

Product is ok ,expected the same colour as shown in the picture but received different colors and the bristles size and width is less compared to the regular one which is available in the market

It is difficult to pick up small particles, check your local vendors for lower price.

The dustpan isn't even. Even pressing down, doesn't do the trick. It is a bad product and very difficult to use.

Good product but not sitting flat on the floor

First I will say I love the dustpan part. It is sturdy and sits nicely on the floor to sweep dirt into. So if that were the only things it would have 5 stars, however, the handle on the broom and on the dustpan do not stay together. It appears that it is tightly screwed together but then will fall apart. I put duct tape to hold broom handle together and seem like it may hold for a while, but where handle screws into dustpan there really is no way to tape it or secure it, I wrapped it with tape and put back together but not sure how much that will help. I really want to love it but wish someone could someone could give me a suggestion on how to keep all pieces together.

I loved this broom and dustpan until this week when the dustpan fell apart. I have had this for 8 months and it doesn't get heavy enough use to fall apart in less than a year, sorry. All we do is sweep dust and dirt into it. This is cheaply made if it can't even last one year.Update to my review - I contacted the seller and received a new broom and dustpan a couple of days later. They have GREAT customer service and stand by their products. I have changed my review to 5 stars because of this. I hope the new dustpan doesn't fall apart like the first one!

Before I got this we were using a broom that was over a decade old. It was so frayed and damaged using it seemed to make the mess worse. I love this broom!

I bought this for the convenience of not have to bend down to use the dustpan. It works great. It doesn't topple over when you attach the broom. It's easy to store, since the pan swivels. I like the colors.The most surprising thing is that I have never had a dustpan before that captures the dirt easily in one try - no getting the bulk of the dirt, then moving it back a little and try to get the rest until I've gotten enough to leave what's left.I am a very happy customer.

Rarely do I write reviews but I just had to for this product! I love anything that truly helps me around the house, but this broom and dust pan set takes it to the next level. First, you don’t have to bend over to use it. That’s a big deal for someone like me that’s getting older. Next, the dust pan stands up on its own so that you can freely sweep into it. No more holding tools in each hand making all those awkward motions scooping up the mess. And finally, the tines are probably my favorite thing about it. Cleaning the broom is easy after every use. Nuff said. I plan on gifting one to my whole family!
