This really works well both for blood sugar regulation and boosting testosterone! No jitters an caffeine effect. It seems very subtle and effective. Sure it’s not even a generic, it’s a completely different compound that derived from the same plant but has entirely different properties. Example morphine and codiene, same source plant, different compound. How they can make comparison to testofenTM I’ll never know because they are making their own comparison that is misleading, it not stronger, it’s different and there is no way of knowing if their product can even do what they are claiming as only testofenTM has been clinically trialed and shown to have improved free testosterone. vitamonk has not that is why on three bottles in fine print it states that it helps maintain testosterone levels in those that already in normalRanges. So it has no effect on individuals who seek “trt” testosterone replacement therapy or people whose levels are low. So it’s snake oil if I could return it I would.

I only use 1 pill per day as I was taking 600mg of plain extract before (which I think usually has about 20% effective furostanols). I purchased these based on a few reviews that stated there was no more maple syrup odor. I can't smell any of that telltale fenugreek odor that my wife despises; however, she says she can smell it a little. So, although it's reduced, it must not be completely gone. However it is an excellent value for what you get and most people probably won't notice any odor.

I feel the effects of this fenugreek extract more than others I've tried. As an added bonus it doesn't cause maple syrup smell.

it's ok. at 1 capsule per day, it's ok. Decided not to return it.

My husband takes fenugreek to help with energy and other health benefits. He used to take this other brand that smelled like maple syrup and urine. I'm not even kidding. He'd take it and smell terrible even up to an hour after. I decided to look for something that would still give the same benefits and wouldnt have him smelling like a men's bathroom in Canada after a hotcakes and hockey night. These capsules are great! Theres no smell and they're twice as strong as the other ones so less pills to take daily. Definitely would recommend especially if you're turned off by the smell.
