Excellent Service
I ordered an identical looking remote, but it didn't work as my AC was very old model. The seller sent a more expensive Universal Remote as replacement without any additional cost, and personally called me and guided me through the setup. The remote paired perfectly and all the AC functions were working via the new Universal Remote.
