Worked well with long cables
I hand only older 1x4 splitter that worked for years and stopped working. I upgraded to a 1x8 since I actually had 5 outputs. Replacing this was much harder than I thought. This one worked great. I hooked up 5 inputs with long HDMI cables (50-75 feet each). It worked just fine. All 5 TVs showed the same signal without interruption. Previous to buying this one, I bought 2 others that did not work. Unlike the others, this one had a 12W power supply (12V @ 1A). The other ones were only 5W (5V @ 1A). I suspect this contributed to the issue. With the other ones, the video would flicker or not work at all if I hooked up more than 2 inputs. With this unit, it worked flawlessly even with all 5 TVs hooked up and running. If you need a splitter and have long cables, I'd highly recommend this one!

Just what the (audio) doctor ordered.
Using two non-matching displays - one HD, one UHD (4K). Typically only utilizing HD, in stereo (no surround system). In STD mode, the unit is feeding both with HD @60 Hz and all is spectacular.

Great Product!!!
Great product! I’ve been using it successfully since August 2022. It has worked flawlessly. Unfortunately most recently I experienced the screen fluttering and ultimately losing the ability to display media. I’m currently troubleshooting the issue and will see what I come up with. Inspire of this in still impressed by the product!

Works as Advertised
NO EXTENDED DESKTOP -- It's not clear in the product description, but this product will only mirror the output on another screen. It will NOT support a dual-monitor setup. Only comes with power cable. The HDMI cables are your problem. That said, the case is metal and it's solidly built. Very easy and self-explanatory setup. Not much to figure out and everything is well labelled. Signal strength is very good out to 3 meters/10 feet. I didn't test beyond that. Image quality is excellent, with crystal clear 4k output, no fritzing or jitter, sharp resolution, and no appreciable latency.

Things I had not considered make this not quite the perfect solution
I've got a couple of TVs and one device that produces video content scenario. Basically I could buy/rent another tuner device, but all I really wanted was the ability to get video from downstairs to the upstairs, and I have a little device that does that. I'd been swapping HDMI cables between the wireless and the downstairs TV and decided I was pretty much done with cable swapping, why not get something that was one in and two out and yeah... that's where this comes in. So one in and two out this works fine. What I hadn't considered was that things such as ARC and CEC not transmitting across either HDMI port would do things like disable the TV remote control's ability to control the content device... now I have to use two remotes. This HDMI splitter box does not appear to be able to pass CEC... at least when it's plugged in the TV remote doesn't seem, to work and it picks right back up if I plug in the cable directly. Could be my setup, but I suspect CEC is not something most consider when looking at a splitter... The unit can also be powered by a 5 volt input... really wish they'd included a USB cable here as I've got plenty of USB ports on this TV, the XBOX, content thing, etc... power outlets are difficult to come by. Oh well. Remarkably workable, average, can't find anything other than CEC that it doesn't do that I want it to.

It works GREAT for Hyperion/HyperHDR DIY "Ambilight." Great to remove DHCP restrictions.
I bought this to use in my bedroom TV DIY "Ambilight" setup. This is where your TV has LED strips on the back which display whatever colors are shown on the border of your screen. It's like a typical TV backlight light strip, except absolutely amazing and NOTHING like that. There is no home cinema experience like it. Try watching Star Wars where every time a storm trooper shoots a laser, you see the entire wall light up right where the shot lands. Imagine seeing a trippy music video where all the colors bleed out onto the wall behind the screen. It's incredible, and this splitter works GREAT for this purpose. Look into "Hyperion Ambilight" or even better, "HyperHDR ambilight" if you care about using 4K HDR colors with your backlight setup. For others uninterested in this, well, this splitter does it's job exceptionally. It removes HDCP restrictions for any devices downstream of it, splits your signal well, and I couldn't be happier with it for my living room TV. I don't know if it supports HDR or not, but it supports most Hi-Fi features. Read the description and other reviews, because I don't use it with an HDR source so I don't know! :-D Enjoy!
