I love these whistles. As a sailing coach, our team relies on whistles to communicate on the water. The sound must be heard over all of the other naturalSounds such as the wind, flapping sails, and motors. The pitch of these whistles is just right loud enough and sharp enough to cut through and be heard. I used to use the Fox and Acme Thunder. Both are good but they are not as durable as these aluminum whistles with no moving parts. If you require a durable and loud whistle you can stop looking. These are it!

Very good whistle loud excellent item

I bought four different brands of whistle. This was the loudest by far and the sound is crisp. If you don't need the old school reverberating bouncing ball sound, this is the whistle to have.My only complaint which is a very small one, the holes drilled in the bottom could be a little larger for fitting tougher and larger clips.

Unfortunately these whistles weren't up to expectations. The sound leaves a LOT to be desired, as well as the overall quality of the whistles. I was hoping they would be a great low-cost option for volunteer refereeing I do for soccer games, but they definitely won't be my go to as they can't be heard over the players and crowd at the games.

Double holed are sideways so for long blows it kinda hits your ears. But it has little resistance for air flow. So short bursts like professionals are clear.

It's quite comfortable for me because I like to carry my whistle in my hand when I referee.

I really like the little rubber cover where you kind of bite down on it. Great sound.
