My favorite book. Silvia shares her knowledge and wisdom. Great photos.

It is a great book for learning and just looking at beautiful pictures. The way the topics are organized is very good. People of all ages can enjoy this. Great work from Dr. Earle!

The best! GORGEOUS! Generously filled with amazing photos, and fascinating facts! It weighs a ton and well worth every ounce. We have learned so much about our oceans in the past 50 years, enough to know that we are just getting started with Ocean exploration. The oceans and the critters that live there are inspiring. Many impressive maps.

I saw this book at Barnes and Noble originally but they had it priced at $60 bucks. I looked on here and it was half that! It came shipped with bubble wrap and secured in a thick box. It didn’t have any tears or bends in the cover. All pages were clean and no odd smells. I highly recommend this if you’re into these kinds of books!

No surprising, as a National Geographic publication the photograrphy is beautiful. Maps included lend detail and interest.I got this as a gift for our daughter and her husband who enjoy SCUBA diving.In just the first few minutes of skimming through the book I learned several facts about the ecology that it involves.

Due to the poor packaging, the books were damaged during transport because the package is significantly larger and the space in between is not filled.In any case, the books are of top quality and I am very satisfied.

All arrived on time and in good shape.

Pictures are beautiful. Many topics .You can read one chapter or many chapters in the amount of time you have to spare.Well written.Won’t confuse you with high scientific terms.This was a gift to myself.I love it!
