Installed on 2017 Ram Promaster 3500 cargo van. Packaging was appropriate no shipping damage for bulky item. Instal was not difficult, instructions and hardware was adequate. Basic grill guard appears reasonably sturdy and worth the price compared to others.

Was good quality and easy to install. Did not work for my installation as brackets didn’t work with theE-Guard - skid plate that is on my Promaster.

The product is nice and a great price. It's easy to install once you spent some time deciphering the incredibly bad instructions.Instructions:The instructions are the worst part of this product. It looks like these used MS Paint to make the instructions and at the end went "sweet, it's four pages long, I think that'll work." It seems like they never put the instructions in front of someone that had no experiences with Promasters or this product and saw the struggle associated with trying to understand a black/white photo where a black part is against a black background next to another black part. But then they down graded the quality of the photo about 10 times so it's pixalated and hard to understand.Packaging:Was really great. Everything was wrapped nicely. This was one of the best packaged items I've recently received where the item was a large or heavy.

I was concerned about having some front end protection for our new van, this fit the bill. Construction was excellent all needed hardware was in the box. Packaging was above average. Finish was flawless. Instructions could have been a little better with photos. Installation not easy but doable. Looks good on van. Can't drive in Texas without a grill guard. Great fit. Installation was just bolts. Very small amount of cutting plastic splash guard. I used tin snips. Great customer service. I had an issue and the seller responded quickly and resolved.

Giving 3 stars due to shipping damage. Overall it looks good and is what I expected. I installed it in my shop on a drive on lift which made installation easier. Instructions are a little vague. I wouldn’t want to do this job in a driveway. You should have mechanical abilities to install it. I had to drill through the bumper to open up holes for support nuts to be installed they were bigger than factory holes. 3 hour job

Nice product. Came well boxed and each painted part wrapped in foam too. Instructions were good but a little more detail would be helpful. Great value and looks nice. Highly recommend.
