DenTekComfort Clean Silk Floss Picks, Fresh Mint, 90 Count (Pack of 2)

Dissapointed with the shape of these, didn't find them comfortable to use

For the second time the product was NOT what I ordered. I ordered, from the catalog on line, a selection of Dentek Floss Picks that had thin floss and a very sharply pointed pick with thin, needle like barbs. What I received, twice, was a very thick floss which will not fit between my teeth, and a very thick pick with no needle like barbs which, also will not fit between my teeth. Look carefully at the selection I had made, They are different, which is why the catalog shows so many.

This is my favorite floss. Before I knew about this, I never liked to floss, it was always a hassle trying to get them through my teeth and would hurt my gums. Now these are not only gentle, but gets the job done. If you have sensitive gums or don’t like to floss, I highly recommend them. You won’t regret it.

I have used Dentex Floss Picks for years now, and this is the type I prefer, the Comfort Clean. It is easy to use, the thin floss makes it easy to use, it felt nice in between my teeth, not too flimsy and not too rough. There is also the pick that is useful for removing plaque.The reason for the 4 stars is the pick seems a little flimsy and could break easily. A few times, the pointy tip broke and was stuck in between my teeth. I believed the quality used to be better because the same Dentex Floss I had used prior (a year ago) had held up better.I have tried a different type of Dentex floss pick before (Dentex Complete Clean Easy Reach Floss Picks), which I did not care for due to the shape (not really Easy Reach for me), and the pick was so flimsy it's impossible for me to use it to remove plaque.All in all, this is a good dental floss pick and I would continue using it.

The silk like floss is accurate but the floss loosens and sometimes detaches completely. I unfortunately have two bags and am using twice daily to get thru them. But I won’t be buy this type of floss again.
