In The Swim Patio and Deck Paint - White -Water Based Acrylic Coating - For Sprayed, Patterned, or Bare Concrete Surfaces -1 Gallon

Everything is fine…..we’ve used it before.

This paint made our pool deck look nice and new, for a few days. Now a month later it looks worse than before. It looked dirty and stained after using the pool once. And it does not cool the ground at all! It actually is hotter than before painting. A complete waste of money and the time ! Do not buy this terrible product, unless you want a dirty looking pool deck and to burn your feet when you walk on it.

Color turned out a bit lighter than expected. With proper prep, it covered old concrete very well in 2 coats, and went about 30% further than expected in terms of square footage coverage. Dirt doesn't seem to clean easily from the finished surface, but other than that it turned out great in rehabilitating our very old/stained concrete pool deck.

I love the color. Paint is really thick and kinda hard to get into the grooves. But is works just like it says. Definitely cooler and non slip.

We need to give the paint time to see if it holds up. Very pricey but supposed to be better than others. We shall see.

It looks good after finishing. It’s not cheap and a gallon did go as far as I wanted.

I bought 4 gal an painted my entire deck. I wish I hadn't painted the hand rails w it as they are rough an only the floor needs to be rough. (Slip resistant) The floor boards were brand new untreated an the rest was old wood. I put 2 coats on but didn't wait 4 hrs between coats as directed. I waited maybe 1 hour as it was hot an appeared dry. Looked fabulous. 3 months later this is what it looked like. Very disappointing.

Purchased this product 3 years ago and it stood up well. Purchased recently another gallon for touch ups. Very happy with this product.
