After the installation I subscribed for hp instant ink account, within 4-5 days I received starter kit and am enjoying with this printer without any worries of ink. Printer itself automatically orders for a new cartridge whenever it finds the supply levels are lower. You can print as many high clarity pictures/wallpapers based on the plan selected. **Q: Does this come with ink?**
A: The cartridges that come with the printer are standard, full size, cartridges.  You can purchase XL cartridges as replacements which will save you about 20 percent per page.  There is also the option to subscribe to an Automatic Ink program called instant ink.  You pay $3.00 a month and print up to 50 pages.  If you print more, HP will charge you an additional $1 for each eset of 15 pages or more that you print.  Most importantly, when you run low on ink, HP sends you more ink long before you run out.  Best of all, you get fresh ink while only paying your $3 a month.  At ~$0.06 a page, it's the lowest cost way to print, as long as you print every month.  And, if you print photos,  Instant Ink subscription is an absolute bargain saving you 85% on ink.

**Q: Does this come with a wire if you don't want to use wireless?**
A: My printer did not come with a wire or with a disc, had to buy a wire.  Try as I might I cannot use this printer w/o WiFi.  In spite of it,s claim of being able to use it with or w/o WiFi.  I live in a remote area and am on metered WiFi, so it cost me to use this printers.  Extremely disappointed

**Q: Does it print both sides of paper**
A: No it doesn't. You can manually make it by flipping the page, and replacing it in the feeder tray.

**Q: Can you print on card stock with this printer?**
A: Most printers will print cardstock - you just have to "limber" it up by holding your hand on the paper then pulling it over / bending it on the side of a table / desk with a 90 degree side / not a rounded side ... pull the paper down towards the ground versus straight horizontally away from the desk

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ compact, versatile, Light-duty printer

What primarily drew me to this printer was it’s compact size. I would describe this as a light-use, convenience printer/scanner. If you’re like me who doesn't print or scan much but still would like to have a machine on hand when needed, this will work just fine. As for looks, the design is clean and even nice to look at. The power supply is integrated inside so theres no bulky “power brick” attached to the power cable to clutter up the floor. There is also a USB cable option in case you don’t want to use a wireless connection. Unlike other multifunction printers, the scanner uses a feeding mechanism instead of a flatbed. I was a little wary of this at first but it scans or copies with good quality. it accepts various sizes of documents from full-size 8.5x11” to smaller pieces of paper like receipts or photographs. Considering it uses rollers to feed the document I’d exercise caution with brittle or fragile paper like old family photos. Print speed is about “average”. Color on regular settings on plain paper will take about 10-20 seconds and black and white about half of those times. Regular black and white text documents will print quickly. Higher quality photo settings with color are the slowest. Id recommend a better printer if you're looking for faster and frequent photo printing. The ink cartridges are small so this is definitely not a high capacity printer. As i stated earlier, if you infrequently print from time to time this will be sufficient. If you’re really worried about needing more ink HP sells high capacity cartridges. The wireless has worked flawlessly and was easy to set up. Ive found printing directly from my iPhone is SLOW. One standard print, even in black and white took almost 3 minutes. I usually never print from my phone but it’s nice to have the option.
