This is the second one I have purchased. I love this style for support. I use mostly at night but it helps considerably. I don’t have the numbness or wrist pain in the morning and can get a good nights rest. Thumb support is perfect for pain management. It really helps

My hand is three inches across just below the knuckles and this brace is just too big. I do like the way it holds your thumb away from your fingers but the brace cut into the webbing between my thumb and index finger, so it put them both to sleep and I couldn't use it. For larger hands, this would be a really good brace for a sprained thumb.

Product provides good support where I need it,. Only drawback is I have a small thumb & the support comes up a little high on it.

I was told by my doctor to get this brace for my de quervain's tenosynovitis. After a day of wearing it, the thumb split and no longer keeps it stable.

Good quality and very comfortable for my small hand
