When I first got this hat, it obviously looked pretty big on me. While the washing instructions say to let it air dry, I tumble dried it and it did shrink just enough for it to be the right fit. I wouldn't tumble dry it going forward, but if you find it a little big then give this a try.

Love this hat. Not too expensive and the quality is great. I love wearing this to work and outside of work. Soft, comfy not too heavy material and it fits perfectly.

Fits a little large, with my hair in a tight bun it fits perfectly so the extra room is nice. Good quality, well made. Isn’t overly hot in a kitchen setting

Nice style, well made, not too thick to wear on the cook's line but enough protection when spending time in the walk in refers. Hadn't seen too many when we were using them.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s a great hat, product and design, I’m only giving you 3 stars because I ordered Black and I got Gray Color, However I am keeping it.

This hat was crazy large on the inside. Fit like a dream but unless you have a lot of extra hair to stuff into the top it looks goofy

I love it. I wash it and keep the shape and color.

It fits perfectly, durable fabric, getting lots of compliments.
