For some unpleasant reason, this Quercetin made my vision go blurry - when I looked a text on a screen, I couldn't focus on it clearly; it took a few days of taking them for it to start, and it's taking time for my vision to return to normal having stopped the tablets.To be honest, I don't think it's down to this brand specifically - it may just be a Quercetin thing in general. But it was unpleasant, and I won't take them again.

These provide a good and standard amount of Quercetin per tablet, but the big downside is that they are flat-ish tablets instead of capsules, which makes them more difficult to swallow and let's you taste the ingredients, which are not too nice.At roughly 28p/tablet for 250mg, these are fairly expensive - my go-to is a capsule version which costs about 16p/capsule for the same dosage.Ultimately, this is not exactly a bad product, but I simply wouldn't repurchase unless it was available in a capsulated form.

I am starting on an immune boosting protocol because of the challenging times we are going through at present. I have done my research and quercetin has been suggested to be a very good at supporting the immune system. The dosage is 1-2 tablets a day so depending on the quantity one decided to take this is either enough for 1 or 2 months. Depending on your supplements budget at the current price of £ 16.95 I think this is good value. The bottle is too large for the contents that only came half way.Nutritzen have stated that the tablets are produced in a factory that also produces nut, soy, dairy fish and egg products so if you have a sensitivity to any of these products you need to be away that there could be cross contamination. I always look for this information as I am a coeliac so look for potential cross contamination with wheat and grains.The use by date is Dec 2023 so they are quite fresh, as they work out to 1 – 2 month’s supply they should be consumed this year. I had very fast delivery and they were appropriately packed.
