Can the individual storage bins be removed from the casing, and carried elsewhere in a workshop?

They tilt outward in normal operation, but I believe if you depress the sides inward they come right out and you can take them to get tacos or wherever else you may want to go..

Can I buy replacement bins? I need the small bins.

No, individual bins are not available

Can the storage bins be easily removed to carry contents around a workshop?

They’re not attached to anything so they just pop out very easily. The only problem I have is that the containers pop out a bit too easy. So if I just need to grab something sometimes the whole thing comes out.

Can these storage bins be mounted to a wall?

Yes they can. Each level/ tier of bins has holes in the ends to screw to the wall. Each tier also slides together with the next level to hold them all together. Which makes for alot of mounting options..
