Titan51951 EXO Burr External Deburrer and Chamfering Tool for 7/64 to 7/16-Inch (4-12mm) Threads

I work as a heavy equipment mechanic and this thing saved me from having to redo a very expensive component. I ran this thing over some damaged threads and then put the bolt back on without any problems.

I have only used this tool a couple of times on steel bolts, but so far so good. I am not disappointed. I recommend this tool.

IF YOU FOLLOW DIRECTIONS, this tool will do exactly what you need it to do! Run your drill at low speed, use a little oil (I used 10w 30) and it worked just fine. Great tool for the money and it does exactly what it says it does.

I’ve only had to use it once on two all thread studs I made. The nuts went right on with no Problem. It quick connect with save a lot of time.

doesn't really work. On the first bolt it just rubbed the edges and it didn't cut. Not sharp enough to cut butter.

Worked awesome for fixing some hub studs that I needed to trim down. Before using the tool the studs cut my finger and looked awful. Afterwards they were perfect and it couldn’t have been easier. Just follow the directions

Had to chamfer lugs on my truck after trimming. Lasted for two of them.

I was expecting a lot more considering the price tag. The cut even when the tool was new is truly disappointing.
