After power off, power on will music resume where stopped (on cd and on usb) ?

Not sure about "power off". (sorry, I hate I don't know answers too) It will on AM/FM as long you don't actually unplug it from electricity. I like mine. Good sound for its size, no boom boom bass but it'll take a $100 or more to get that, and for me, I'm into AM too, most that expensive don't have AM.

Does this player have pitch control for playing cd's at slower or faster speeds?

No, it's a basic unit with no type of adjustments on sound quality or play speed. Just volume. For the price, it's a good choice. I like mine.

Does it accommodate random shuffle all tracks wwith continuous play together?

I have not used it in that way. But it has great souls and works well. But lesson learned. Can not pay on batteries if the cord is plugged into the back even if the cord is not plugged into the power wall. Took me a while to figure that out
