ADJInno Pocket Z4 Moving Head

The good: it’s a bit brighter than the older product, and has the ability to change “throw angles” from 10-60 degrees.The less good: compared to the old “Inno Pocket Wash”, some of the DMX functions were needlessly swapped around. At least the assignments for colors and pan/tilt are the same, so that saved *some* time in programming the light show to work properly with these new units. I’ve also found that doing long transitions between zoom angles (using “fade” times in DMX software) doesn’t behave as I might hope. Instead of a smooth transition in zoom levels, at some point in the fade the zoom level abruptly changes to the next value. Yes one could work around this by creating more steps, but one of the time-saving benefits of using fades in DMX software is the ability to create smooth changes/movements/transitions without the need for more steps.Overall I rate this at about 3.5 stars, rounded up to 4.

Very compact and light, but the light output is brilliant. Excellent product

ADj took away the built in sound activated show modes..... SOOOOOOOOO Disappointing if they would have left it the way it was. I dont get it???
