Honestly depends on your size and the way you like your costume. I am 8-10 and I got a large and was pleased with the fit of the large even though it was a little long.

Q: What size is one size? Im looking for a large

I thought I was able to order mine in S, M, Lg & XL. I wear a 14-16 and ordered the XL and it was WAY TOO small.

I bought this. I am 5'7 weight about 180 I wear either a large or extra Large depending but this fit great! Not tight at all super comfy and the material is soft.hope this helps!
