Everything came intact and I was excited to jump right in when it came! Had some trouble getting the film paper off but it all worked out fine and they look great!

Good product but needs better instrusions
The product arrived in good condition without any damage. When assembling the product, it was better than I could hope for. The only thing that I have an issue with this product is the instruction manual that comes with it. When I opened the package, the 4 display mirror looked like it was scratched and not clear. I realized later that all of the 4 display had glass films attached to it. I had to removed them and it was clear. The manual did not give a very detail explanation about this and it was difficult to take them out as well. Overall I liked the final product but the assembly instruction needs to be clear for first time beginners.

I just ordered this item because I was looking for a good quality showcase for a very expensive action figurine I recently purchased. I was excited when I open the box just to be completely shocked about all the scratches on the surface of literally every side of the box. I don't understand what I am looking at. it looks like if someone has deliberately opened the box, and scratched every face part before mailing it to me. I'll let you judge by yourself

Cool but frustrating and confusing too put together.
It’s a box with lights..that’s all…Just make one bottom, one top, (don’t put rubber tabs on the top and bottom. That’s confusing-collector is going to think it’s upside down.), one place to put batteries for both top and bottom lights, and all your USP ports on one side. They’re all over the place.For $120 this thing should be shipped put together. All I’d have to worry about is whether or not I want to use batteries. Why wasn’t a working display door installed instead of having to open the top every time? This is about simplicity. Put your figure in, that’s it. I don’t want to spend time where I need for sets of hands to get the glass in.
