Works good and easy to setup

I didn't think I'd get as much temperature control in my limited space laptop with such seemingly simple installation, but it easily shaves 5-10c off controller temperature without causing memory to dip into 30c territory while idling or above 60c while transferring data. A comfortable 40-50c range on average for memory and 40-60c for controller without reaching throttle territory (70c). Definitely recommend using a heatsink (or equivalent heat spreader) for NVMe m.2 drives; the difference is night and day. I'd also recommend using a cooling pad/fan to help disperse and regulate air for other reasons. (Tested with CrystalDiskinfo and hwinfo64.)Manufacturer is helpful and responds promptly and thoroughly when asked questions, even over minor product discrepancies.*EDIT(7/20/2019)*Still working even through the hot summer months. Staying within safe ranges and never going into throttle (with cooling fan and heatsink), but the 70-90F (along with whatever humidity) summer weather makes it difficult to tell if the thermal pad is holding up or losing its effectiveness. If fall weather comes around and my temp ranges are still higher than they were when I first installed it I'll be slightly disappointed, but there's too many factors (such as gravity) to make an assumption right now.

To be honest I was 100% skeptic of this product, but after putting it to use, I am very satisfied. Reduced my temperatures by -/+15 C°. Alienware is notoriously known for its heating issues and this can help aid with the SSD temps. Thank you.

I had no problem with this product. Installation is simple. Not sure if it was necessary but small price to pay for a chance to extend the life of your M.2 SSD.

I did order and received two. They fit perfectly for my application but one of them is always getting loose.Also the thermal tape is ticker than others I had. Aside from that a nice finish.
