Great product, wonderful quality
Wonderful quality! I added these to my pull-up bar for doorway and on the wall. I feel very comfortable with wooden material. You can use rock climbing chalk when using it. It is not the same as using a pull-up bar and requires you to have more power. I am only able to use them for a short while. I want to say: "That's cool" These allow an individual to work on hand and forearm strength .I think I will always use them to exercise, It is not the same as using a pull-up bar . If you want to make yourself more stronger,so don't hesitate to buy them.

Strong enough to hold me
They work well. Quality construction. Quality wielding.Would be 5 stars, if the Large Cannon ball, was large. Not small. Shouldve gotten the XL if i knew it was that tiny

Great for building forearm strength
Wooden Balls have great texture. I haven't been able to pinch these while pulling up, using these more like jugs but that might not be an issue for an advanced climber. I have these setup in my balcony and so far have help up great in outside weather.
