A beautiful, light tasting tea!!!
A really beautiful tea!! I normally have white tea, but this was lighter but still very flavourful!!! A slight grassy taste, but a touch of sweetness. I drank it with milk!!! Horror to some, but its how I like it!!! Can really recommend!!!

Formosa Oolong is my favourite tea
First discovered this tea many decades ago when I used to regularly visit Taiwan in the Merchant Navy.It looks expensive at face value but don't be fooled. You need very little of it per serving as it swells up enormously when it rehydrates in the tea pot. Half a teaspoon per person per serving is plenty. It's a lovely colour so use a glass teapot fitted with an internal strainer for best effect. It is strangely relaxing, so I find it is best enjoyed slowly after a meal. This is take your time and chill out tea. If you are one of those people who must walk about the streets holding a lidded cardboard cup of some beverage or other, in the "drinks on the go" American fashion this is not for you. This is for grown up people who appreciate real tea.

Si ji chun is my absolute favourite!
Si ji chun is my absolute favorite! Just returned from a trip to Taiwan, and this tea tastes exactly like the one I enjoyed there authentic, fragrant, and refreshing. It brings back such great memories.

Surprisingly Great
When I ordered this tea, I was afraid that it would taste awful. However, the taste was subtle, milky the way oolong should be. The tea did well after six infusions. I highly recommend it.

Is not premium, but lasts more than a cheaper one.
Roasted Oolong tastes. It tastes just normal, like an average roasted oolong tea, even similar to the cheap ones, but this one you can brew it several times and it lasts more. That makes it worth it to buy.So yes, you won't regret buying it if you like Roasted Oolong style.

Really enjoyed this tea
I did not expect much for this price but was pleasantly surprised when I drunk my 1st cup. It has a lovely soft taste of good quality green tea which was grown with care. I re-filled the same cup 2-3 times using the same leaves and tea still tasted lovely. It came in a beautiful packaging. I am a big fan of green tea, particularly Oolong green tea, so I tasted good and bad, and should admit this seller sells a good quality Oolong green tea. Thank you.

Good quality tea but not worth double the price of their Elegance version
I was very pleased with their Elegance tea which has subtle flavours and is more pleasing to me than mainland China teas. However, the Dongding tea was not noticeably superior to the Elegance tea to justify a doubling of price.Good quality tea which yields a number of pours from the teapot. The tin was very difficult to open, so I moved the tea to the tin formerly used for the Elegance tea.

Expensive, but well worth the money.
I made a small pot with half a teaspoon of tea and I really enjoy drinking this tea slowly. Subtle flavour and aroma. Doesn't agitate my mind like coffee, or dull it like alcohol does and drinking a cupful left my mind quiet and sharp, to enjoy life more fully and be more effective. The tea leaves are huge and I ended up with half a tea-bush in the teapot after they fully expanded. Lovely smell and subtle rounded taste.
