I love embroidery scissors, so when I saw these, I thought they would be an interesting size to add to my collection. I was wrong. The larger of the two scissors, at 3.5 inches, are pretty, but the floral details on the handles make it uncomfortable to use. The smaller scissors, at 2.36 inches, are just way too small to use unless you are just clipping a thread. I use all of my embroidery scissors in making stickers for my planner, so I need the small size and sharp tip for precision, detailed work. These tiny scissors are not easy to hold or cut with, therefore they are in my collection simply as a display piece. These may work for someone with tiny hands who is doing needle craft (yes, I understand that they are for embroidery work primarily), but otherwise, they just don't do it for me.

These work the best, are super small and sharp but elegant looking.

Items are heavy, not very sharp for scissors and all around cheap in appearance.

Maybe not the "best" scissors out there, but adequate for snipping embroidery threads and just as cute as can be. They do seem to be sturdy. Purchased as a gift for granddaughters to add to a handmade "cupcake" pincushion made for them. Just the right size for the pincushion.
