Love it
Love it, love it, love it. As some have commented, it's not huge, since it is made for small spaces. There are generally only two of us to clean up after, but that only means fewer dishes, not fewer cooking vessels. I have had no problem standing a 12.5" glass microwave turntable up in it on the far end of the top rack, with no worries of tipping, and I've put a round glass casserole dish (sitting flat), a medium-large saucepan (angled), and a good-size metal bowl (angled) on the bottom rack simultaneously. It's very sturdy. I have had no problem with the plastic trays sliding around, as some reviewers have complained - in fact, I have had to work at moving them.A few tips: 1. The assembly instructions are tucked inside the stack of plastic trays. 2. Determine which way around you want your top plate rack facing before assembly. The spaces between the wires are narrower on one end of the rack than on the other. I took mine back apart and reassembled it after I realized that the fat spaces for my microwave tray would leave the tray in my way in the front. 3. The knife rack really is supposed to look like that. I briefly thought that the manufacturer had assembled it upside down. One reviewer complained about good knives flipping themselves out of the rack, but if you put the heavy knives near the ends of the rack, the end wires will hold them in place, and the wires keep you from skewering yourself on the knife blades. Hang onto your knives to make sure that they are stable before releasing them. 4. The utensil cup is tiny. I use it for the things that my husband couldn't seem to find in a larger utensil holder. 5. Some of our bowls don't stand up in the plate rack the way I'd like them to. I found that if you angle them so that they are in one space on one side, and a different space on the other side, they sit more upright. Experiment with what works for your dishes. 6. There is enough room to stand two mugs up opposite each other in the plate rack when you have the bottom rack full of pots and pans. 7. If you go to the manufacturer's website to register the dish rack for the warranty, use 304 as the Amazon order number. Using your order number from your Amazon purchase kicks it out.All in all, I'm very pleased with this purchase, and I would recommend it to others. It was on sale for $35.79 when I bought it, and it was well worth it. I am no longer dealing with items cascading from a conventional drying rack.

Should have bought this earlier! Great for small spaces!
I love this dish rack! It makes me actually want to wash dishes lol! A friend recommended it to me some time back and I only just purchased it a month ago and I’m kicking myself for waiting for so long! I live in a tiny space with not a lot of counter space, and this was the perfect size!Easy to put together, seems sturdy so far.I will say that the trays don’t cover the entirety of the rack on the bottom but it slides back and forth easily so it’s not a big deal. The thing I dislike the most about this is the cutting board holder, there’s no tray to catch the dripping water so either you put a kitchen towel underneath it or just immediately dry it and put it away.I got the black metal which is nice and sleek however, if you live somewhere with hard water, the buildup will show up quickly. I’m constantly whipping it down so it doesn’t accumulate. If that would bother you, definitely go for the white. I would definitely recommend this product and would repurchase if I needed a new one!

Cuts drying time and de cluttered my counter beware though
Updated on oct 12 2020.I noticed today the black on the utensil cup is starting to come up. So I also removed a star. I’m gentle with it. It’s my baby. But I guess this paint or whatever isn’t fully attached to it so I fear the whole rack may start to do this.Wow, after reading the 1 and 2 star reviews. I thought this would be hard to put together. It wasn’t. It’s a little tricky putting it together by yourself. Just start with one side at a time and stick the screw in both holes. Lightly Tighten one side then move back and forth between them until they are all the same tightness. I wish the plate rack was on top vs the bottom as dinner plates won’t fit in the bottom compartment. I did double check and that is supposed to go on the bottom. The cup holder should hold enough for a family of 4. The hanger and knife holders work very well. No more dull knives from hitting the sides of other dishes or silverware. That’s a very cool feature.Cleaning seems like it would take about 5-10mins a week to wash all the little bars and crannies. If you wipe it after each use. That will help not spend so much time at once. The tray under the cup holder and knife rack is flimsy and easy to knock out but I have a mat under it so I’m not to worried. The other trays are easy to remove and empty as needed. My dishes are actually drying faster on this than my wooden slanted rack I had before this. I definitely suggest getting this.If in a month something changes I will come back and update my review.Overall very sturdy, easy to clean and put together and great for small kitchens orange kitchens. Fits under a dish cabinet. Perfect rack. I wish I had bought sooner.

Large enough for large plates and small enough for a small counter
Easy to put together and works just as shown in the pictures.

Better than expected
I just set this up today and despite the fact that it didn't seem like much out of the box, once it was put together it was incredibly sturdy and has a well thought out design. The whole thing takes up about half the counter space of a traditional dish rack but it seems to hold at least as much as my old rack did (if not a little more).Things to know: 1) The space in the bottom isn't very tall, so large stock pots will never fit.2) if you're knife handles are angled, your knives will not hang properly in the knife rack, but if you're careful you can get them to hang without falling out.3) This is perfect for daily dishes for one or two people (like any rack, if you have a ton of dishes you have to do them in shifts)4) This is definitely worth the money5) It looks great left sitting out on the counter.*6) BEST FEATURE - It has screw-in feet that you can adjust (I'm in an older house and my counter is a little off balance. THIS WAS A LIFESAVER -- no wobble at all!!!)
