My sofa is ruined I've not even had it 5 months the seems are ripping there's string coming out of the cushions the zips on the cushions have ripped im fuming I went to put the legs on and they have clearly been used before and now I realise my sofa was second hand and I want a refund !!!!

Absolutely love my new sofa!It’s so lush.Arrived on time and delivery driver was very helpful and polite.Seat cushions are a little hard, but I guess that’s because it’s new and it will soften up after use.Very happy with my purchase 😁

This is the most uncomfortable sofa i have ever sat on the seeting cushions are like bed cushions and you can feel the wooden beams under your bottom all the seat cushion cover have moved around so the seams are either in the middle of the cushions or where ever they end up ,in the phot8the suite looks beautiful and elegant ,but not so all the seating cushions are different widths and lengths and møve forward and wint stsy back i called the gentlemen i dealt with at sale point to tell him there was marks all over it within a couple of weeks of recieving it and he yried to blade it on me hævning a dog i paid near on a 1000 pounds for this awful suite im sorry im old school and dont know how to send pictures and the worst thing of all I have called that same manager to complsin again and he said they only give a 28 day guarentee on their sofas or any goods they sell has anyone ever heard if that to be continued bevare People their stuff is for sale all over this website im not sure what I am and am not allowed to say just look at their other reviews like I say im old school never knew how to find reviews till my daughter showed me hiw to i will never but anything so expensive ir big on line again i thought the website would have checke out who they were selling for ???
