Great little, strong magnets. Great value for money.
I got these little magnets for my son who uses them in his 3D modelling builds, to aid making his carts work, when using them for his roller coaster carts and track builds. They are 6mm diameter, by 3mm thick and are quite strong for small magnets. At time of review you get 50 magnets for £6.99, which is excellent value for money.

Use for modelling - Work just fine
I used these to secure models to magnetic base in a storage box, and for that they are perfect.

Inaccurate dimensions advertised, decent strength and quantity of magnets for the cost though.
These magnets come well packaged in a small metal box that is filled with a foam insert that protects the magnets from getting damaged in transport. This seems rather pointless considering the magnets were already damaged before even being put into the box, there are five magnets that show significant defects in the form of massive chips, which is covered with the electroplating which means that the damage was present on the magnet before it was plated. There are also no bits of magnet loose in the box or stuck to the stack of magnets, giving further credit to that.I can put the damaged magnets to use in projects that don't require them to be visible but it's something to note that when you buy a set of 50 of these you may end up with some that aren’t perfectly formed.Take the provided measurements with a grain of salt, there is a significant amount of deviation in the magnets and they are all off. The thickness is anywhere between 2.76mm and 2.83mm and the diameter is anything between 5.96mm and 6.07mm. The diameter is within acceptable tolerance for using these magnets for inlaying into projects such as magnetic closing boxes made from wood or 3D printed plastics. The thickness is where these magnets are a bit of a let down, they are significantly smaller than advertised.Strength wise they are perfectly fine for my intended uses, which is often just as a closure method for latching lids and other 3D printed contraptions. They are also good for miniature painting and holding interchangeable parts for quick swaps between heads or arms etc on miniatures too. Due to the size of course they are better suited to the larger scale models but they do the job just fine. You can of course use these for crafts that need some kind of magnetic attachment like fridge magnets, they can be used bare for holding notes onto a magnetic surface but they can be tricky to remove without sliding to an edge due to the small size with nothing to grip onto.Overall they are average if you factor in the damaged magnets and the size issues but other than that they are actually decent for the cost, quantity and strength of the provided magnets.

Very handy magnets. 🧲[50 Pieces, 6mm⌀ x 3mm thick]
These arrive in a handy little storage tin, my tin was fairly bashed up which I don't really mind, but if you were giving them as part of a gift it may be a bit annoying. Inside the magnets are stored in a cutout piece of foam rubber with a foam rubber sheet over the top. Even with long nails I found the cover sheet difficult to get out of the tin. You may want to resort to a knife or pin to remove it. I was also one magnet short of the fifty advertised having only forty-nine in the tin.The magnets themselves are pretty titchy. Each one measures 6mm⌀ x 3mm thick. With their polished stainless steel outer they resemble little AG1 [364/363] watch batteries. The polished exterior & rounded edges makes them less likely to scratch metal or paintwork when applying or removing them. Removal from each other or a surface is best done by sliding them rather than trying to pull them apart - though this is possible. These Neodymium magnets claim to be 35% stronger than other magnets though no grade is given for their strength, [MGOe (Mega Gauss Oersteds)]. There are the usual warnings given about keeping them away from pacemakers, wearing safety goggles & gloves & taking care not to trap various bits of your - or anyone else's anatomy between them.As well as the usual sticking things to the fridge or notice board there are numerous applications for these handy little magnets. Closing food bags like crisps or flour, used as closures for craft projects like boxes, making stands for action figures, clasps for cosplay outfits, making chess or draught pieces into a travel set, sorting cables to a desk, affixing name badges to uniforms without damaging them, making a magnetic pic up stick for small metal objects... the list goes on & on.I've been using them in various places around the house & found having a supply of them very handy. At £6.99 they work out a cheap solution to a number of task as they cost £0.13 each [if you get the full fifty, so £0.14 each for me]. I'd buy them again from here if I ever need more.

A great little set of magnets
This is a useful little set of miniature magnets that have a very strong magnetic pull. The magnets comes in a little tin which is useful for storage, they do have a foam cover which is quite difficult to remove, but at least it keeps the magnets snug and safe. The magnets themselves are quite small, so do bear in mind these are only 6 millimetres in diameter and only 3 millimetres high, so they are a little tricky to remove from whiteboards or fridges once they are magnetically connected. They are strong, and hold quite weighty items safely; I used them to hang decorations. They are also ideal for crafting projects, as the top of the magnet is nicely flat and easy to glue on to other items.

Good but small
I have a metallic glass board. I use 4 small magnets to hold bits of paper. These looked a great solution as the four are not enough. Top line..- nice packaging in a little tin- you get loads of them!As for the magnet. Being so small, like a match end, they can only have so much magnetism. They can, I have tested, hold a sheet of A4 if you use two magnets. Sort of hold with 1 but use 2. This is fine and you get used to it. My 1cm by 1 cm other magnets hold 2-3 but they are bigger.Overall, pretty good. You get loads of them so can use a few if needed. Don’t expect mega magnets, they are little, but overall good stuff.
