Here are your minimum and maximum pre stretched measurements. These measurements were taken with the belt buckled in min and max notches. Minimum 20" Maximum 36" Again these are pre stretched so on minimum I would guess you would need at least a 22" waiste. On maximum I would guess up to a 44" waiste

Yes. It will fit up to about 40 inches with no stretch.

Q: My son is 1 years old wat size will I need to get?

I never purchased this belt, but this belt is for a youth (or child) to adult, and not appropriate for a baby.
