Zero Waste cooking made easy
If you are trying to change the way you cook to waste less food, this cookbook is an essential tool. The recipes I’ve tried so far have been crowd pleasers and easy to make. The Quinoa Meatballs recipe is a favorite and allows me to use up uneaten quinoa. Just brilliant! And I love the food storage glossary…such a useful guide.

Treat yourself to this one!
“Cook More Waste Less” is packed full of delicious, nutritious, and new ideas for using what is already in our cupboards, refrigerators, and freezers. It is a challenge to up our awareness of worldwide food waste, and food waste in our own kitchens. The recipes are only a part of this cookbook however. A comprehensive list of substitutions, basic spices, kitchen tools and shopping strategies make it as much of a kitchen reference book as it is a recipe book.It is meant for the kitchen, but is Coffee Table worthy, thanks to all the gorgeous photography.I have ordered more…..perfect Christmas or Hostess gifts!

I bought 3 copies of this book for family and myself.
Very impressed by this book and the fact that the author is Canadian. It deals with an issue that is often not mentioned, the wise purchase and use of ingredients in order to reduce the huge amount of food waste.

Love her books. Shes always one my favourites. Some of the recipes don't have pictures though, it's nice to see what I should potentially be looking at when done

No more waste!
I hate throwing out 50% of the produce we buy because I can't think of what to do with it. This book is full of great ideas I never knew were possible. Definitely worth it!
