This serum brings out the very best in my skin, naturally. I have been using Clearista serum for a week and people are asking me if I just had a facial. I only use a small amount and it makes my face and hands look smooth, with a natural glow. I have tossed out 2 expensive cosmetics in exchange for Clearista serum.

It instantly goes to work right after the application of the cream. It is fantastic, I can see the results in minutes of my use of the product.

I love this serum. It absorbs really well and it doesn't make me feel oily. Their cleanser is great too!

Clearista Soothing Serum is pleasant initially in that it barely has any smell, goes on clear (has a slight white tinge) and dries quickly. I didn’t know the ingredients until receiving this serum. The ingredients appear to be almost identical to the Clearista Retexturizing Gel, except that product is a scrub with Ecobeads made from jojoba esters. Directions say to apply this serum after cleaning and rinsing the skin. This is apparently supposed to dispense with the need for cream.Similar to the Retexturizing Gel, this serum feels like it leaves an occlusive coating on my dry skin. I don’t like the feel, and it doesn’t make my skin feel supple or moist. Instead, it feels like it leaves dry barrier coating. This doesn’t leave my dry skin moisturized or comfortable, so I’ve tried adding face cream but it’s doesn’t seem to work together with the serum. Also, I get light itching after a couple minutes that makes my skin uncomfortable, so I end up washing off the serum. I’ve discontinued use.I’m not a skin care expert, but I don’t see anything in the ingredients to benefit my 50+ dry and sensitive skin. I don’t see any anti aging ingredients or antioxidants such as vitamin C, ingredients such as sodium hyaluronate or squalane for hydration or texture, skin restoring ingredients such as niacinamide and so on. I’ve looked up all ingredients and this is mostly water, detergents, pH balancers and thickeners. I don’t see to help my skin feel comforted, hydrated or address my issues.My best guess is the serum is supposed to hydrate by holding in water, but I just don’t know. But I choose serums to address specific concerns, such as uneven skin tone, dryness, skin texture, environmental damage and so on. And this serum lacks antioxidants or ingredients I find help my skin, it doesn’t make my skin feel comfortable hydrated and makes it feel itchy. Using this serum is a lost opportunity as I’m missing out on alternatives that provide short and long term benefits. I don’t like this serum. 2 stars.Ingredients in order w/ main use after each: Water (hydration), acrylamide/sodium acryloyldimethyltaurate copolymer (thickener), isohexadecane (texture enhancer for powdery finish that’s best for oily skin), polysorbate 80 (cleansing agent), potassium chloride (thickening agent), boric acid (angispetic/stabilize pH), phenylethyl alcohol (preservative/fragrance), laureth 4 (cleansing agent/texture enhancer), capryl sultaine (detergent), polysorbate 20 (cleansing agent), diazolidinyl urea (antimicrobial), sodium hydroxide (pH balancer).

This is more of a gel consistency than a creamy lotion. It does indeed aid in dry skin patches. I found I got the best results when using this followed by a layer of Vaseline or creamy lotion.

This gel is nice. It can replace most of your skin care so that you use it morning and night and you maybe require the eye cream. I like how it felt as I applied this cream. To be honest, I think they need to make it in a much larger container. Using this day and night will cause this lovely stuff to diminish fairly fast. I personally have just about everything on the "good for" list. So I have high hopes.

I love this soothing serum. I have been using it on my face, neck, and chest. I would love to use it all over my body, but I could use the whole bottle in one application of I do that because the bottle is only 1 oz.It is very moisturizing and absorbs really well, but not oily in any way. I love how it feels on my skin.It is a squeeze tube which I really like. The reason I like it is you can cut the top off when you get to the end of the tube and get every last bit of product out of the tube.I absolutely love the scent of this product. It has no synthetic fragrances, so I’m not sure what is making it smell so good. It is a refreshing, natural, floral scent. It is not overpowering at all.I would love to get like an 8 or 16 oz bottle of this product. I would use it all over my body, especially because it works so well, but also the scent is wonderful!

This is a fantastic product for everyday, and especially if you travel. Why?You can see the small size of the tube in my hand. You can pop it in your makeup bag or shaving kit, and just about all of your skin care needs will be taken care of.Not just your face, but your whole body!After cleansing, you apply some of this lovely serum and it acts as a soothing protective layer on your skin.Like a lot of people, I've been washing my hands much more than I ever have in my life. And they look it! This has helped to heal my chapped hands.
