No sure; but my Pediatrician recommended it; it smells great & it worked.

Easy application

If your kid goes to swim class or spends time in the water, you *need* this sunscreen.We’ve tried so many, and Blue Lizard is the one we keep coming back to. It actually stays on, even after pool time, and it doesn’t irritate my child’s skin like some others do.It goes on thick, but blends in better than most mineral sunscreens, and I love that it’s fragrance-free and safe for sensitive skin.
