Intermission (Love Triangle Duet) Paperback – September 4, 2019

I had so many expectations and guesses following book 1. My mindset going in was one of #ohnoshedidnt aimed directly at Lisa Suzanne after the bomb that was dropped at the end of book 1.To say she had my head spinning and my mind blown with all the truth reveals and the roller coaster of emotions throughout book 2 would be an understatement. She far exceeded my expectations and my previous guesses as to what would happen ... well let's just say I'm so glad Lisa Suzanne is the writer and I am so happy to be the reader!Like all good carnivals, the roller coaster goes on throughout book 2 only it's like it slammed to an abrupt stop and is then thrown into high gear in reverse.Past haunts are real for all the main characters yet through revelations they are able to move forward to their own happily-ever-after even though they may not have realized how it would all play out.Through roadblocks and roller coaster rides each character has growth revelations and declarations that will stay with me forever!

Delaney is still torn as to who to choose. Her ex Chase has always been, in her mind, the one she is meant to be with. But with her old childhood friend Gavin back in her life, suddenly her decision isn’t so clear anymore. As she continues to spend time with each of them, she finally realizes deep down who her heart truly belongs to. But when she finally hears the truth about the secrets both guys have been hiding, will her decision remain the same? Or will she choose to let both go? Another amazing read from this author. Looking forward to reading the next book!

I Loved the story line. I fell in love with the characters—well, maybe not that one who shall be nameless. Each character was so well thought out and woven into the story so beautifully without being gratuitous that it was hard not to find them all endearing. Except that one who shall be nameless.Personally, I think this could be one of Lisa Suzanne’s best works. If not, it sure comes darn close. It was a one sitting read. Once I started, I did not want to stop. I didn’t want to stop even when it ended. That alone gives it a 7-star rating from me.

This was the perfect conclusion to the Duet!! And, I didn’t have to collapse in total devastation, because the right guy won the girl in the end! Thank God!! Lisa even includes a link for a free bonus epilogue, which was awesome! I’m just left hoping she writes more about Rose and/or Liam in the future!! Despite my dislike of love triangles in general, I thoroughly enjoyed this duet, and recommend both books!! I’ll be checking out more of her work now!

No one writes a triangle quite like LS, and I was not disappointed in the slightest!This is a continuation from Interception, and I’m so relieved that my questions have been answered.I’m not gonna tell you who I was rooting for, but I will say that I was super disappointed in someone’s actions... sorry, I felt like a disciplining parent just then, but I needed to let it out.Highly recommended!

Love the conclusion to this story. So glad that everything worked out as it should. Even though it took Laney a while to decide, it was worth it in the end. A perfect ending!!

Incredible! There were some twists and turns (as usual.. lol). I inhaled this because I literally could not put it down.

I just adored this book, and how story flowed and went together. Pure perfection! She picked exactly the right guy, and it is awesome! There were a couple scenes that were so well-written and so steamy that I had to Fan myself, and so many that turned my heart to mush! Just LOVED this book!

Loved this book, follows on perfectly from the first one and gives you the ending your waiting for. It's a quick read and one of those that once you start you can't put it down !
