Absolutely perfect size and shape for 2 pieces of equipment that I have purchased: The Sunny Row-N-Ride PRO and the Flybird Ab Workout Machine. Regular treadmill pads are too long and too wide, but this one is just perfect. It's fairly thin, and honestly you don't need more than what's there. The function is to protect your floor or carpeting, not to provide a lush squishy experience. Comes rolled up in a cardboard box, with plastic wrapping over the rolled-up mat. There is a slight plastic/rubber odor when first unboxing, but it should go away in a day or two. Nicely made with the SUNNY logo embossed at one end and a texture to hide the smaller dings/scrapes as the years go by. I currently have them sitting off center to hold down the curliest end to flatten it out, but you can see the overall size is just perfect. I searched a long time to find just the right mat, and I think I found it with the SUNNY mat!

The mat is good either on carpet or flooring. I use it under my stationary bike.

I bought this mat specifically for my bench press set. This is the length to this mat: L - 90.5L x 39.5W x 0.16H in It’s a durable mat that hasn’t given me any problems at all it stays flat pretty well. It does its job protecting our hardwood floors and very comfortable to step on. If you purchase the exact same mat, make sure to measure the right dimensions you’d want to buy!

This mat does exactly what I needed it to. It’s sturdy, non-slip, and provides excellent protection for the floor under my treadmill and bike. It works great for my rowing machine. It's a little thinner than expected, but I'm okay that. I like that it's lightweight.

Got this mat to go under my treadmill that lives in my dining room. I’m very happy with how flat the mat rolled out and how it stays in place. Even when I am adjusting the incline on my treadmill, the mat doesn’t bunch up or anything like that. Having this mat in place makes me feel better about having my treadmill on hardwood floors.

I use this for a Glider. It's certainly long enough but I use it on top of carpet. It's too thin for that. If it's on hardwoods I'm sure it would be fine. It's just very thin.
