If this box gets laid on its side so the baits fall out of place or get tangled?

The baits have their own spots in the top and as long as the lid is closed they will not fall out of place. I keep spinnerbaits and spoons in mine with no issues.

Does anyone know if this will fit livetarget batiball spinner rigs (the 1/2 oz and under size)?

It should, but I don't have the exact one to know for sure. I have a few 7/8 I put it in with the huge willow leaf blade, but they needed to be offset on an angle and skipped a space. No perfect solution for spinnerbaits. If you store them wet drill some vent holes all around the box with a 3/16 bit.

What are the Dimensions ?

I bought this item so long ago and don't use it anymore. I don't know the exact dimensions but it is around 6"X6"X6". Sorry I can't be more help.

I not believe so, it is a stand alone box.
