By go through the question, you will find that the more you read, the more you don't know. Such as the age limit for otc and different conditions to offer OTC/ P med or refer patients.When you are panicking about OTC related questions this book can help you a lot. As you won't imagine how much OTC knowledge you don't even know if you are self-directed learning by yourself with resources from the university only.I really like the explanation for the answer to each question. Because I am learning the rationale instead of just T/F. Especially, compared to other online resources which don't have any explanation. This book did help me build up the understanding and the explanations with OTC knowledge. This book did help me feel confident to be the RP and in charge of the pharmacy when response the OTC questions from patients and other staff.
