Just as described
Ordered this to work on the realignment of my dislocated c1 vertebrae at home. My chiropractor suggested a small foam roller & this was one of the first things that popped up when I searched. Purchased the kit because I felt it was a better deal & I could put all items included to use at some point. The bands are nice for booty workouts. Large foam roller is a little big for my back… but I’m just pretty tiny. Measurements of everything are equivalent to what’s in the description. Everything was exactly as pictured & works as described. Received within 48 hours of ordering. Packaging was fine. Would purchase again if needed.
