Can this handset be used to call another connected handset ie as an internal phone? as well as for external calls.

With the handset in its home position, you will find 4 small circles in brackets near the bottom of the window. Move the cursor to the fourth circle and the internal call is displayed at the top of the window allowing you to call all handsets or one individual by pressing OK and then you can speak to another similar handset. Does this have an answer machine

Hi This one doesn’t I’m afraid. You will need to search for “BT Essential telephone with answer machine” you will get the same one with that feature. Thank you
