When do you cut the top

Not quite sure what you mean by cutting the top , but you're best taking it out of the pan within an hour of baking and waiting for it to cool down before slicing.

Great bread mix, works great in a bread maker

Easy

I like to make my own bread but i never have much luck getting the dough to rise properly. This bread mix includes the yeast so just add water, mix, knead, rest and bake. Rises just fine but i had the best results from the mixed grain pack, i dont know why. Very easy to use, makes a decent loaf of bread.
